Shipping and Delivery
Bokz.com and its vendors will make every effort to ensure your purchase is shipped in a timely manner. However, please note that all Products are made to order and may take some time to manufacture before shipping. Returns and Refunds
Due to the fact that multiple vendors provide multiple goods, Bokz.com cannot provide refunds for any Products. However, in special cases, if the buyer sends images of any defective or damaged items within 24 hours of receiving the goods, Bokz.com may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective or damaged Product.
